24 Hour Notice on All Online Orders!
ONLINE ORDERS FOR THE NEXT DAY MUST BE PLACED PRIOR TO 5PM.
To cancel an existing order please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Store Pickups
We request that all pickup orders be placed by 5pm the day prior to pickup. For large orders, additional advance notice is appreciated. Please select from the menu of flavors available on the day of your planned pickup. In checkout, if you are picking up your order, please make sure you bill and ship to the same address (check the box "I also want to ship to this address" and then click the button "Bill & Ship to this address") and then you will be taken to the next step to choose pickup at no charge to then continue the checkout process.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for the following zipcodes: 77380, 77382, 77381 & 77389. Local delivery fee is $20. Please call our store for delivery times.
Shipping
We can ship to contential US only. Cupcakes are for pickup and local delivery only and not available for shipping.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
